Fair Housing Issues

The concept of “Fair Housing” refers to a body of laws which mandate that people should be able to live where they choose without being discriminated against.  Illegal discrimination under Fair Housing Laws means excluding, segregating or separating people or failing to offer equal opportunity in housing based on specific factors named in federal, state and local laws.
